The Many BBQ Grills

When it comes to BBQ grills, there are many options.  This wasn't always the case.  As far as “normal people” were concerned, there was really only “BBQ grills,” and it fell under one category.  Just like the computer has become a part of the home of most Americans, however, BBQ grills have become more accessible and, as a result, more versatile.

One of the major types of BBQ grills, and really the most classic, is the charcoal grill.  The charcoal grill is great for a lot of reasons.  It's cheap, it's easy to find, and you can take it with your practically anywhere!  Now, there are disadvantages.  It's harder to control the size of the flame and the way the grill cooks, and you'll need lots of charcoal and fuel accelerants.

So if you're looking for something that's better (and let's be honest – you're willing to pay a heftier price) then there are some other major options for you.  Gas grills are the most popular in today's world.  Propane is clean burning and easy to come by (largely thanks to BBQ grills) and it's pretty easy to manage.  Yes, there are some minor (very minor) safety risks, and there's the need to replenish the gas, but it's no big deal for most.

If you're really looking to simplify, then there are BBQ grills which provide additional alternatives.  Electric grills, obviously meant to be used more inside, don't have the drawbacks of requiring any kind of natural fuel, while maintaining the barbecue style.  Whatever you choose, though, your possibilities will continue to range out in brands and quality, so look carefully.  Happy hunting and happy grilling!
