There are a lot of different dutch oven accessories that you'll want to know about as you get into this wonderful variety of outdoor cooking.  Not all of them are necessary, or even a good idea to pack on long trips, but they're all a good idea to know about so you can know your options.

Although they're not dutch oven accessories, technically, different sizes of dutch ovens are a good idea to know about.  From tiny pots designed for meals for one or two people, to massive dutch ovens that will serve the entire family, a wide array of options is available for you and yours.  Having the right amount for you on any trip is a good idea.

If you're looking to reduce how many pots you need, one of the great dutch oven accessories is the dutch oven liner.  This is a simple aluminum liner which you can slip into and out of your dutch oven.  It cooks really well but the aluminum cools down much faster than the oven, it makes for easy cleanup, and you can serve the food right from the foil – which means that you can resume using the dutch oven for cooking other courses or other meals.

Dutch oven lifters are one of the most important of the dutch oven accessories.  Lifters aren't just for lifting your dutch oven and moving it away from the fire (though that's important, of course).  They're for opening the lid to check on your food, which you'll want to do frequently in order to get the best possible results.
